Legal & Corporate Experience

She has served as a trusted advisor to founders, general counsel, and executive teams across industries including tech, SaaS, cannabis, and professional services.
Erin began her career as a state and federal prosecutor, serving as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in one of the country’s most challenging jurisdictions: Camden, New Jersey. She led multi-agency prosecutions with the DEA, FBI, DOJ, and local law enforcement, focusing on high-level violent drug trafficking organizations, firearms, fraud, and complex criminal cases. She tried numerous cases in both state and federal courts, earning a reputation for precision, discipline, fairness, and leadership under pressure.
Following her public service career, Erin transitioned into business operations, holding leadership roles as a COO and department head where she built functions from the ground up. She recruited talent, established systems, developed processes, and expanded businesses into new territories and markets. She works side-by-side with CEOs and founders to design scalable infrastructure, improve execution, and support strategic growth initiatives from startup to scale.
At Kurichety Law, Erin leverages her cross-functional experience to lead firm operations and advise clients on compliance, business structure, risk, and strategic execution. Her ability to combine legal insight with real-world business strategy makes her a key partner to companies navigating growth, fundraising, and operational change.

She earned her B.A. in Communications and Public Relations from the University of Maryland. She also studied international law at Temple University’s Tokyo campus during law school.
